This form helps us understand your experience, evaluate your request, and facilitate the transition — whether that means strengthening your current partnership or assisting you with a new one.

Approval Rights:
FOLLOW-ME! Technology North America Corp., your current reseller, and the newly requested reseller each reserve the right to approve or deny a transfer request at their sole discretion. In cases where a transfer is denied, FOLLOW-ME! Technology may, at its discretion, help facilitate communication between parties to understand the reason and explore alternatives.
License & Maintenance Requirements:

All hyperDENT licenses must be current on maintenance to be eligible for transfer.

Licenses that are not current on maintenance will require its renewal as part of the transfer approval.

An additional year of maintenance must be purchased from the reseller accepting the transfer to complete the process.
Regional Considerations:
Not all hyperDENT licenses originate within the North American region. For foreign licenses, additional upgrade fees, trade-in costs, or relicensing steps may apply to ensure compliance with regional support and licensing standards.
Support & Data Transition:

While FOLLOW-ME! and our resellers strive to make the transition seamless, full data migration or compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

New resellers may require supplemental purchases to ensure a successful transfer, such as alternative tooling, machine fixtures, materials, or software features.

We encourage a transfer to distributors with a strong knowledge of your existing milling equipment and supplemental CAD/CAM products, such as scanners and CAD software.
Financial Requirement:
If there are outstanding financial obligations with the current reseller, the transfer may be delayed or denied until those obligations are resolved.
Follow-Up & Communication:
Once the request is received, FOLLOW-ME! will review all submitted information and respond within 10 business days.
We will keep all parties informed of progress and help ensure a respectful, transparent process.
